Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: October 25, 2026

PharmaCompare helps users access healthcare providers and related services. It does not replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional.

1. Not a medical device

PharmaCompare is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The platform does not independently make clinical decisions or guarantee a particular health outcome.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or interpretation of symptoms and test results. Do not delay professional care because of information displayed through PharmaCompare.

2. Platform and provider roles

PharmaCompare provides technology for finding and communicating with participating doctors, pharmacies, laboratories, insurers, and delivery services. Medical advice, prescriptions, medicine dispensing, laboratory collection and analysis, and other regulated services are provided by the relevant qualified professionals or organizations.

Pharmacompare Driver is an assignment and transport app, not a clinical service. A driver may deliver a medication package, transport a laboratory kit, or receive a prepared sample container for return to the laboratory. An accepted assignment or verified handover code does not authorize blood drawing, clinical sampling, medicine dispensing, test interpretation, or medical advice. Those activities require an appropriately qualified and authorized professional. Contact the responsible pharmacy, laboratory, or clinician about clinical or handling questions; drivers must not improvise a clinical procedure.

Provider profiles, availability, prices, and service information may change. A listing on PharmaCompare does not replace your responsibility to confirm that a provider and service are suitable for your needs.

3. Consultations and telehealth

Video, telephone, chat, or in-person consultation availability depends on the provider, your location, and applicable professional rules. Remote consultation has limitations: a clinician may be unable to observe or examine everything needed for a diagnosis and may recommend an in-person assessment or emergency care.

Ensure that the information you give a clinician is complete and accurate. Tell the clinician about relevant symptoms, allergies, medicines, pregnancy, medical history, and changes in your condition.

4. Medicines and prescriptions

Medicine names, images, descriptions, prices, availability, and general information are provided for service coordination and may not be complete. Do not start, stop, replace, combine, or change the dose of a medicine solely because of information displayed in the app.

A participating pharmacist or other authorized professional determines whether a prescription can be accepted and a medicine lawfully dispensed. Follow the instructions supplied by your prescriber, pharmacist, and medicine manufacturer. Seek professional advice about side effects, interactions, contraindications, or an unexpected reaction.

5. Laboratory services and results

Laboratory results must be interpreted in context by a qualified professional. Reference ranges and results can vary by laboratory, method, timing, sample quality, and individual circumstances. A result shown as normal does not necessarily exclude illness, and an abnormal result does not by itself establish a diagnosis.

Contact the responsible laboratory or clinician if a result is missing, unclear, inconsistent, or urgent. Do not make significant treatment decisions based only on an app notification or displayed result.

6. Service status and estimated information

Appointment times, medicine availability, collection times, delivery routes, distance, and arrival estimates are operational information and may be delayed or inaccurate because of connectivity, traffic, provider updates, device location quality, or other circumstances. They are not medical advice and should not be used to assess the urgency of a health condition.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, health, prescription, and service information.
  • Use prescriptions only for the person to whom they were lawfully issued.
  • Follow professional instructions and ask questions when instructions are unclear.
  • Confirm urgent or unexpected information directly with the relevant healthcare provider.
  • Use a private environment and secure connection for remote consultations where possible.

8. Changes and additional terms

We may update this disclaimer when the platform, healthcare services, or applicable requirements change. The last-updated date will remain displayed here. This disclaimer forms part of the PharmaCompare Terms and Conditions and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

9. Contact

For technical or service assistance, contact support@pharmacompare.cm. Questions involving your health, medicines, prescriptions, or laboratory results should be directed to the qualified provider responsible for your care.
